Directions
Boil: Cooking Instructions: Sort through quinoa. Boil 2 cups water in a small saucepan, add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil or vegetable oil & 1 cup tri-color quinoa. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender & water is absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
