Directions To Melt: In microwave-safe container or disposable decorating bag, microwave 1 package of Candy Melts candy at 50% power or defrost setting for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly in container or knead bag. Return to microwave, stirring or kneading at 30-second intervals until smooth and completely melted. A double boiler can also be used. Note: Candy Melts candy will lose its consistency if overheated or liquid is added. If this occurs, add Wilton Candy Melts EZ Thin Dipping Aid. Or add 2 teaspoons vegetable shortening per 12 oz. of candy. Store unused Candy Melts candy in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
