Directions Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Preparation Instructions: Thawing Instructions: Remove from bag and thaw under refrigeration overnight. Rinse under cool running water. Cooking Instructions: Saute Style: Select thawed amount of Open Nature Peeled and Deveined Shrimp. Raw shrimp can be marinated or spice rubbed. Heat saute pan to medium-high heat - coat pan with non-stick spray, butter or olive oil. Once pan is heated, gently place shrimp in saute pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side, just until the shrimp is opaque throughout. Remove from heat or shrimp will continue to cook. For best results do not overcook. Shrimp should cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
