Directions Stove Top Directions: In a skillet, cook one pound of chicken, beef, vegetables, or other protein until completely cooked through. Add the entire contents of pouch to skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Add vegetables and serve over a bed of rice for a complete meal. To Microwave: 1. Make a 2 inch tear at the notch near the top to vent the sauce pouch. 2. Heat on high for 75 seconds. 3. Contents are extremely hot! Carefully remove the sauce pouch by holding the corner away from the torn edge and allow to cool for 1 minute. Pour over cooked meat or vegetables. Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.
