Directions All it Takes is flame & Flavor: 1/4 cup oil; 2 tbsp water; 2 tbsp white vinegar; 2 lbs beef, pork, chicken or shrimp (Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes). 1. Whisk together Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic hag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grilling Tip: For Korean-style bulgogi skewers, thinly slice flank steak before marinating. Thread steak onto skewers before grilling.
