Directions Preparation Directions: Pull or cut film to remove completely from cup. Serve Hot: 1. Place cup in microwave and heat on high for 60 seconds (Microwave ovens vary so heating time might be different) (cooking time for 2 cups is 90 seconds). 2. Important: Remove cup carefully from microwave taking hold of cup from the side using an oven mitt or potholder. Do not place hand over top of cup when removing. Caution: Cup and steam will be very hot. 3. Stir quinoa and pour onto serving dish or eat right out of the cup. Enjoy! Serve Cold (No Need to Heat): 1. Add to salads and soups.
