Directions You Will Add: 4 large eggs; 1 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Instructions: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pan(s) (see chart on side). (2) Combine eggs, water, oil and Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Add Bread Mix. Stir just until moistened. Variation: Stir in 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped nuts, finely chopped apple or raisins, with Bread Mix. (3) Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake as directed or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (4) Cool in pan(s) on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle icing over cooled bread(s). High Altitude Baking (3,500 to 6,000 ft.): Add an additional 1/4 cup water. Bake as directed. Store in tightly sealed container up to 4 days. Do not consume dough or raw batter. Not ready to eat. The 15-oz. Can of Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin included in this kit is equivalent to 1-3/4 cups of pumpkin. Pumpkin Bread Kit Bake Chart: Makes: 2 (9 x 5 inches loaves).
