Directions You'll Need: Salsa baja sauce starter. 1-1/4 pounds shrimp or fish. 2 tablespoons oil. Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine half of the sauce starter with shrimp of fish; toss to coat. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until pink and opaque, 3-5 minutes (or if using fish, until cooked through). 3. Transfer to a serving plate; add remaining sauce starter to skillet and heat for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over shrimp or fish. 4. Serve with warm L Tortilla Factory tortillas.
