Reduce heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain; season to taste. Microwave: 1. Place one cup of vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water in microwave-dish 2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes (Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 2 tablespoons of water and 2 more minute cook time for each additional cup of vegetables.) (Appliances vary; Heating times are approximate For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F.) or until desired tenderness. Stir once during heating. 3. Drain; season to taste. Do not thaw. Cook immediately. Cook vegetables thoroughly to 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) before serving. Keep frozen. Keep remaining product frozen.
