Remember Grandma's homemade gefilte fish? After hours of standing in line at the fish store, she would spend all day in the kitchen cleaning, skinning & mincing before she finally got to cook the fish. Here's how simple Grandma's Gelfite fish is today, thanks to A&B. We've prepared the entire raw mix, using premium quality fresh white fish or fresh salmon fish. We added fresh eggs, freshly chopped onions, we did not add substitutes, powders or artificial flavors, an absolute no-no for grandma. Now it's your turn. Keep the Gefilte Fish loaf in your freezer until you're ready to serve it. All you have to do is add your favorite seasoning with a healthy dash of love & cook to perfection. One last thing, while cooking, the aroma wafting through your kitchen, will have your dash of love & cook senses flash back to Grandma's house. She would be very proud! Available Kosher for Passover in these flavors: Sweet, Less Sugar, Sugar Free, Salmon, Pike & White. For all year round we also have Carb Free & Sugar Free sweetened with Splenda.
