Long Grain Rice, Enriched with Ferric Orthophosphate (Iron), Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate (Thiamine), Folic Acid (Folate).
Directions To retain vitamins do not rinse before or drain after cooking. 1. Measure 2 cups water, 1 cup Blue Ribbon rice and (if desired) 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine into a large saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil. 2. Turn heat down very low, cover with a tight fitting lid, simmer without lifting lid for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve. For a drier rice, use slightly less water.
