Now you can enjoy the rich taste of farm-fresh soybeans. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a large pot. 2. Pour 1 package of frozen Nishimoto Edamame and cook for 3 minutes. 3. Drain well and serve. Microwave: 1. Pour 1 package of frozen Nishimoto Edamame onto a microwave-safe dish. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and use the defrost setting. 3. To serve chilled, microwave for 2 and a half minutes. To serve warm, microwave for 6 minutes. Note: Defrosting time may vary by microwave. The outer layer of soybean may discolor when microwaving. This does not affect the quality in any way. Quality deterioration may occur if defrosted and refrozen. Keep frozen.
