Directions
1. Spread somen in about 10 cups of boiling water and add 1 teaspoonful salt. 2. Cook somen until water comes to a boil, lower heat and cook for 3 min. 3. Drain in colander and rinse in cold water. 4. Place somen in bowl and serve with soup base. Garnish with cucumber, tomato, orange and cherry etc.
