Directions What You'll Need: 1 package of Sticky Fingers Bakeries Gluten-Free Scone mix; 3/4 cup + 3 Tbls. cool water; 3 Tbls. vegetable oil. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet pan or line with parchment paper. Mix: Empty dry mix into large bowl. In a liquid measuring cup, whisk oil and water with a fork, and add it all at once to the dry mix. Stir with fork until completely combined and a sticky dough forms. Bake: Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake about 13-15 minutes, or until firm and light golden brown. Makes about 10 scones. Devour when warm or save 'til later. They're great on their own, with butter, honey, jams or curds.
