Perfect Pie Crust: (Makes three 9-inch pie crusts). You Will Need: 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp vinegar. Instructions: Do not eat raw dough. 1. Cut the cold butter into 1/2 - inch cubes, then work into the pie crust mix until it's crumbly. 2. Whisk together eggs and vinegar until very foamy. Add to mix, stirring until mixture holds together. (Add 1 to 3 tablespoons cold water if necessary.) 3. Divide dough into thirds. Shape into 3 discs. (Freeze any unused dough for later use.) 4. Spray 2 pieces of parchment paper with PAM. Roll out each disc into a 9-inch circle between the parchment paper. For a single crust pie: Invert one dough circle into the bottom of a pie pan. Trim and flute edges. Add filling and bake according to your pie's recipe directions. For a double crust pie: Invert one dough circle into the bottom of a pie pan and add filling. Place second dough circle on top of filling. Trim and flute edges. Bake according to your pie's recipe directions.
