Ravioli have been a part of the Italian culture for centuries. Originally, they used a blend of greens and cheeses that were folded into delicate pasta shells. In keeping with this tradition, Amy's Spinach Ravioli are made with organic spinach, tomatoes and onions with creamy ricotta cheese inside tender pasta, covered with out special tomato sauce then sprinkled with parmesan cheese for a finishing touch. Buon appetito! All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST-hormone-free milk. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. Directions Microwave or regular oven. Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Cook on high for 1 minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
