Directions Keep frozen my friend! Heat before eating. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W Microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 min 45 sec to 3 min or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove film before enjoying! Conventional Oven (Do Not Remove Film): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place bowl provided or oven safe dish on a baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 25-35 min. or until hot. Carefully remove baking sheet, with bowl from oven. Let stand 1 min.
