Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Microwave only - do not use oven or toaster over. These instructions are based on an 1100-watt microwave oven. Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking time to assure food reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. 1. Remove bowl from carton, puncture film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds. 3. Carefully remove film and stir. 4. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes or until product is visibly steaming. 5. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
