Directions Stove Top Instructions: In a saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 1-1/4 cups (10 oz) of water to a boil. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional), then one package Vigo Yellow Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly, reduced heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
