Directions: You will need: 1 lb. lean ground beef. 2-1/4 cups water. Ready in 20 minutes. (1) Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. (2) Add 2-1/4 cups water, pasta and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. (3) Cover simmer 9 to 11 min. or until most of the water is gone, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. (4) Stir in Velveeta cheese sauce. (5) Customize It: Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
