Directions Microwaveable (Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Do not pierce, puncture or open the bag before cooking. Gently massage the package to separate and equally distribute the product before placing in microwave. Place unopened bag in microwave, with the directions and pickup here indicators facing up. Cook on high for 6 to 8 minutes. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Carefully remove bag from microwave using hold here indicators in the top of the corners. Remove bag from microwave by handling at the corners and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully, cut open bag and pour vegetables from bag into serving dish; season to taste. Stovetop Cooking: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 8 oz of vegetables and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Drain; season to taste. Caution: Hot steam may escape from the bag upon opening).
