Directions How to Enjoy: Do not thaw-cook from oven. Recommended! Cook on Stove Top: Pour contents of beg into skillet. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Do not add water. Cook uncovered on medium-high for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Bake in Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Pour contents of bag into an oven safe pan. Toss with tablespoon of olive oil (optional). Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. If You're in Rush: Microwave in pouch on high for 4-6 minutes! Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow the above cooking directions. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking items as needed. Steam Vent: Handle with caution. Microwave this side up. Don't touch (hot!)
