Directions Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven or stove. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F): Add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat; 2. Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan; 3. Cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot. Oven (Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven or stove. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F): 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F; 2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 7 in x 11 in x 2 in or larger baking pan; 3. Add potatoes; 4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. For brown highlights, set under broiler for last 5 minutes. Keep refrigerated. Never frozen.
