Cook thoroughly. Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: Place slices in single layer in frying pan. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides until desired crispness. Broil: Place slices on rack or broiler pan. Set pan 3 to 3-1/2 inches under heat and broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until crisp. Microwave: Place slices on two sheets of paper towels in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover slices with another paper towel. Cook on high. 2 slices = 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. 4 slices = 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
