Directions Suggested Usage for Breading: Dredge chicken, seafood, cutlets or vegetables in flour. Shake off excess. Dip in mixture of 2 eggs beaten together with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Roll in bread crumbs. Bake in oven or fry in oil or butter.
