Keep frozen. Microwaveable. Cooking instructions Fully heat contents until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F. Microwave oven (1000 watt): (preferred method). Remove bowl from box. Cut a few 1†slits in the plastic wrap. Place in microwave oven. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Stir and enjoy!. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Conventional oven: Remove bowl from box and remove plastic wrap completely. Wrap bowl in foil. Place in oven and heat at 350° F for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand covered for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!.
