Directions Must be cooked thoroughly. Microwave Directions: Do not open, pierce, or thaw bag before cooking. 1. Gently shake bag side to side to evenly distribute contents. 2. Place one frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. 3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time. 700-800 Wattage: 7 minutes cooking time. 900-1000 Wattage: 6-1/2 minutes cooking time. 1100-1200 Wattage: 6 minutes cooking time. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution bag will be hot. 5. Carefully remove bag from microwave. 6. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy! For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top Directions: Open package and pour frozen vegetables and 1/4 cup water into a saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
