For Food Safety and Quality, Follow the Cooking Directions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-Top Directions: 1. Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add kale, return to boiling. 2. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Add chard and 2 tablespoons water to 1-1/2-quart round microwaveable casserole dish. 2. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattage varies; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 6:00 to 6:30 time on high. 1000; 7:00 to 7:30 time on high. 700 9:00 to 9:30 time on high. Keep frozen.
