Directions Keep frozen. Conventional/Toaster Oven: (Preferred Methods) 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle oven rack for 11 to 13 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150-160 degrees F. 4. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen nuggets on a microwave-safe plate. 2.
