Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top: 8 min. Place a large skillet over a medium heat. Preheat 2 tbsp oil, add Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties and cook, flipping occasionally for 8 minutes until golden brown and piping hot. Microwave 1000W: 4 min. Place 3 Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties on a microwave safe plate. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. For 2 fillets, heat for 3 minutes and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Plate and fillet will be hot and steam may escape when removing, plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. Keep frozen, cook thoroughly. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties will keep up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. See storage instructions.
