Stubb liked to make barbecue his own way. Studying famous West Texas legend, Amos Gamble's technique, he worked out his own method for smoking meat. The rich flavors of our Smokehouse Bourbon Cookin' Sauce deliver the spirit and love and happiness and smiles that Stubb created in all of his cooking. This rich sauce tastes great with steak, and can also add great flavor to chicken.

Directions SKILLET WHAT YOU NEED: 1.5 lbs. of steak, olive oil, and cooked rice or noodles. 1. Rub steak with Spice Pack. 2. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil to skillet and heat on medium high heat. 3. Cook steak in skillet until your desired doneness. Add Cooking Sauce. 4. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas). SLOW COOKER WHAT YOU NEED: 1.5 lbs. of beef roast, beef broth and cooked rice or noodles. 1. Rub beef roast with Spice Pack. 2. Place beef roast in slow cooker and add 1/2 cup of beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours on high for 4-5 hours. 3. After cooking, drain liquid from slow cooker and shred beef with forks. 4. Pour in Cooking Sauce and heat on low for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas).
