Directions Stir well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Sichuan Spicy Noodles in Soup: Cook 1.7 oz (50 g) dried thin noodles in boiling water until done. Drain and put noodles in 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)/0.5 bowl of boiling water. Stir in 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Spicy Noodle Sauce and serve hot. Serves 1. 1 tablespoon = 0.6 (18 g).
