Directions Ingredients: 4 cups water, 2 cups arrowhead mills. Cooking instructions: Rinse and sort lentils. Place lentils with water in a large sauce can. Bring to boil reduce heal and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until cook. Make 4 servings. Green Lentils are nutritious as well as delicious. When combined with rice you get a complete protein.
