Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: 1. Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add frozen chicken breasts and brown 3 minutes per side. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook an additional 22 minutes, turning 3 to 4 times, until internal temperature of 170 degrees F is reached. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken breasts on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake at least 48 minutes (30 minutes if thawed), or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Spray grill with cooking spray. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot (lf using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold your hand for 4 to 6 seconds). 3. Grill frozen breasts, cooking 12-13 minutes on each side, until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees F. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
