keep frozen until ready to eat. Do not refreeze. Preparation: Do not defrost before baking. To Fry: 1. Melt margarine or butter in a skillet. 2. Fry Malawah on a Medium flame for 3 minutes on both sides or until golden brown. Cover pan while frying. To Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until golden brown. Oven temperatures vary. Please use these directions as a guide. Do not microwave.
