Warning Contains: Caution: Planks may catch fire. Planks must be soaked in water at least one hour before every use to prevent burning. Use a spray bottle of water to put out flare-ups. Planks are for outdoor use only. Planks will get hot during cooking. Use hot pads or tongs to remove planks from grill. Never leave grill unattended while cooking. Always remove plank from grill after cooking. Drilling, sawing, sanding or machining wood products can expose you to wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer. Directions 1. Soak plank under water for at least one hour. 2. Heat grill to 350 degrees F, add soaked plank to grill rack, close cover, heat 3 minutes and flip plank. 3. Smoke add food to heated plank, close cover; cook until done, no turning or flipping necessary. 4. Eat super-moist seafood, meats, or vegetables with rich, all natural smoky flavor. Re-use 2x. Note: If not overly charred, planks may be scrubbed with hot water and re-used up to 2 times.
