Directions
Cooking Directions: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Dip fish fillets in melted butter or margarine, coating both sides well. Shake blackened seasoning generously on both sides. Cook over high heat for 1-1/2 minutes per side until charred and an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached for fish. For meat or poultry cook until at least 165 degrees F. Note: Cook in a well-ventilated area as cooking will produce intense smoke.
