Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup Twisted Tea Original Hard Iced Tea
- 1 pound prepared pulled pork, shredded
- 4 each brioche buns, toasted
- Prepared coleslaw, as desired
- Bread and butter pickles, as desired
- Scallions, for garnish
Instructions
For the BBQ:
- In a medium sauce pot, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, oregano, white pepper, ginger and sugar.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Remove from heat and whisk in Twisted Tea
To Serve:
- Toss BBQ with pulled pork and place atop toasted brioche buns.
- Top with fresh coleslaw, pickles and garnish with scallions.
- Crack open a Twisted Tea and enjoy!
