Grilled Chicken with Lemon

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Open Nature® boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pinches kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 6 lemon wedges
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon red crushed chili flake
- 1 cup olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place into shallow baking dish or sauté pan, add lemon, rosemary, garlic and crushed chili flake.
Step 2
If poaching in oven, preheat oven to 350°, then place chicken in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
If poaching on stove top, heat slowly over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove chicken from oil, brush away excess oil, mark on grill set to high heat or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
