Campfire Smores Smoothie
Satisfy your sweet tooth without lighting a campfire. We’ve combined essential s’mores ingredients and some extras into a tasty smoothie with a healthy twist. Add wheat germ and protein powder to boost the benefits of this delicious dessert.
- 1 cup vanilla cashew milk
- 1/2 large frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon organic raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
- 1 large marshmallow, toasted (optional)
In a blender combine cashew milk, frozen banana, and vanilla protein powder (optional), pulsing until creamy.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave just until fully melted and drizzle it into the shake. Blend again.
In a small bowl, stir wheat germ, raw sugar, and melted coconut oil.
Pour smoothie into a glass and sprinkle the graham cracker crumble on top. Add toasted marshmallow to make it authentic! (It's delicious with or without).
