You will be paired with a  registered dietitian based upon your insurance coverage and your health goals. Your registered dietitian will meet with you for a initial consultation. During that appointment, they will learn more about your health conditions, your goals, and your relationship with food.

Our program primarily collaborates with the patient's referring provider, but we encourage patients to discuss any lifestyle changes with their PCP as well. It is up to the patient to share this information, in accordance with HIPAA.

To manage upcoming appointments, open up Sincerely Health to view any upcoming appointments. Here, you can reschedule any appointments up to 24 hours in advance before your appointment’s start time. If you ever need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so with 24 hours' notice. A dietitian is a health professional that has special training in nutrition and human diets.

Any patient with a qualifying health plan is eligible for nutrition counseling. Our dietitians provide support for individuals seeking to improve their health and wellness, enhance their overall well-being, or achieve weight loss goals. We specialize in managing conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, obesity, fatty liver disease, prediabetes, hypertension, and pregnancy.

We currently only offer virtual telehealth appointments which allow you to see a dietitian via video call or phone call- whichever is most convenient for you! Our virtual appointments are flexible and convenient allowing you to see a dietitian at a time that works best within your schedule and from the comfort of your own home.

How often you can see your registered dietitian varies on your health plan.

We have several multilingual registered dietitians on our team who can provide services in various languages. Additionally, to ensure effective communication and the highest quality of care for all our patients, we partner with a HIPAA-compliant interpreter service that supports a wide range of languages.
