You can help bring Hope and Healing this holiday season to children and families facing the challenges of pediatric cancer.

Send your family and friends this Chicago baseball inspired holiday card, personally designed by 7-year old cancer patient, Jack H., and his special friend, Anthony Rizzo.

Jack H. is 7 years old (first grade) and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) just days after his fifth birthday. He’s been in treatment for the last two years and still has about 6 months to a year left. His prognosis is good. He’s an outgoing little boy and LOVES the Cubs. His bedroom is actually decorated entirely in Cubs décor. While he’s not the next Van Gogh, he does participate in art therapy at the hospital and enjoys coloring and creating art. He lives in Mount Greenwood with his parents and younger brother, Sean. I met Jack and his parents right after he was diagnosed and Clark the Cub was making the rounds – He still stands out since he was such a huge Cubs fan in White Sox territory.

This holiday card is available at every Jewel-Osco store throughout Chicagoland. Each card is only $3.00 and 100% of your purchase benefits the fight against pediatric cancer.

Visit any local Jewel-Osco to donate and be apart of this program! Cards are available 12/2-12/29.

It would be great to be able to purchase a bunch on-line but I will try to make it up from Peoria soon.

I tried to get on the website: rizzo44.com to make a donation in someone’s name, but I can’t get on the website. I don’t use FaceBook.
How can I make a donation?
