Woodstock was horrid with potholes everywhere, not just a few. Nice to have salad bar. I have been in every Jewel in the area and Mchenry needs a shot in the arm especially with Woodmans opening in upcoming year right also on 120 4 miles East in Volo

It’s wonderful that you’re revamping the interior of the Woodstock store but your focus should’ve been with the outside of the store. The ENTIRE parking lot is horrid. Huge potholes down every lane, cart corrals that are so deteriorated they’ve completely rusted and are no longer even attached to the pavement.

We’re sorry to hear to this. We’ll make sure you concerns about the parking lot at the Woodstock location are shared with the appropriate personnel for review. Thanks for reaching out to us! -Cornelius

You are getting ripped off on your smartphone application.
    No more display ads.
No links to the item like on the website.
    .
Can’t believe you’re still paying those people to maintain your smartphone application.
    You are getting ripped off.
    .
Most important, customers want to be able to see the display ads in the application like it was before.

Its great to see the Cary store get a remodel, but I feel the main issue with the store is expired items and things constantly not being stocked, as well as woody chicken being sold. We have to go to another store to buy chicken altogether. With a new Mariano’s in town, I hope the Cary jewel can step it up and keep items stocked and stopped selling expired products and moldy produce.

We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, Renee. We’ve shared your concerns with the Store Director for further review and training purposes. We hope the next time you visit our Cary store you see improvements being made. Thank you! -Jayme

  8. Passatta Liggett 08/05/2018 at 9:39 pm

I appreciate that Jewel-Osco is remodeling/upgrading a few of their stores. I feel that the store in Chicago at Marshfield Plaza could use a makeover as well.
My main issue is with the produce department and the conveyor belts at the checkout aisles.
The freshness of the produce just isn’t there most days and the conveyor belts are stained and dirty. Also, I would like to see a salad bar and hot meal island. Just to name a few.

    Thank you

Your store at Archer and Western in Chicago is in sore need of an upgrade. Shopped there today and the produce dept was out of lettuce, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and many other things. Flower dept. had tons of roses for Mother’s Day but the $3 for $12 bunches we’re depleted and some flowers were dead. Meat dept has been cut back terribly. There never seems to be any baggers working at checkout. This used to be a nice store to shop at but has steadily gone downhill.

Hi J. We appreciate you for taking the time to share your feedback as we wouldn’t be able to improve without it!
