    I have the code word for this sweep after spending over $100 at the store, but when I go to enter at (which is on the Catalina) this is what I get: It says: This form has been deactivated and is closed to any further submissions. Help!!!

    The form is up now but after I typed in the code, I received an error. I tried again, typing in Hull again and I received this message:

    ERROR: Each submission must have unique values for the following fields. Please return and enter values that have not already been submitted:•Enter the correct promo code
    (Error ID: 231e5d68c4cecfe3452b)

    Two error messages in a row. Help

    Still getting Error. . .
    Cannot enter Code for Chance to Win !!
    Very time consuming and frustrating.
