KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY PURPOSES, THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING. SINCE STOVE TOPS AND SKILLETS MAY VARY TIME AND TEMPERATURE MAY NEED ADJUSTMENT. Skillet YOU NEED 6 LARGE EGGS AND NO-STICK COOKING SPRAY 1. Beat 6 eggs with a wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended; set aside. 2. Open package and remove cheese pouch; set aside. 3. Spray large 12-inch non-stick skillet with no stick cooking spray, pour in vegetable/meat pouch contents. 4. Cook and stir over Medium Heat for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are hot and browned. Pour beaten eggs evenly over vegetable mixture. Open cheese pouch and sprinkle cheese over eggs, If desired. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT! Cook's Tip: For best results recommend using a non-stick skillet.
